What is your return policy on shoes?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you need to send your order back, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund. Please note Clearance and Final Sales items are non-returnable.  

In order for bignwideshoes.com to refund the full cost of a returned shoe without additional charges some basic requirement must be met:

  • All shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please try on your shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be placed inside a packing box to avoid damage to the shoes and shoe box.
  • All socks (if any) came with the shoes should be returned in their original, unworn condition. Otherwise, $12.50 will be deducted from the refund.
  • All returns must be made within 90 days of the issuance of invoice.
  • Please complete the return items section below and include it with your return order.
How do I return my shoes?

Return your shoes in 2 easy steps!

  1. Complete the Return Form: Simply complete the return form,  located at the bottom half of your packing list.  If you didn't receive this form, you can download one now. Click here to download Shoe Return Form.
  2. For USA customers within the 48 contiguous states, you can request a free return label by emailing support@thewideshoes.com. Please include your order number in the email subject line. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international or overseas locations are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. While we offer a full refund for the product, we do not refund shipping costs.
  3. Ship Back to Us : Package the shoes and include the return form in the original shipping box. Be sure to cut off the return label at the bottom of the form and affix it to the outside of the package.

After the shoes are inspected, you will receive a refund. For more information on refunds, see next question.

When will i receive my refund?

Refunds for returned shoes will be issued within one week of receipt of the shoes. We do not refund the shipping costs. Please note: After your credit is processed, it may take an additional week for the funds to show in your account. Most banks take approximately a week to transfer funds on a credit.

How do I track my order status?

When you complete your order from our secured online store, you will receive an email confirmation providing you with an order number. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive another email confirmation providing you with a FedEx tracking number which you could copy it and go to the FedeX website(www.ups.com) and paste it on the tracking section to find out estimate delivery date.
